Working in the office or from home, we have all been missing the regular face to face conversation and friendly smiles that we are used to seeing at work each day.
Staff have been having a bit of fun while connecting through regular Zoom catch ups for team meetings which has included coming up with weekly challenges. This has included wearing funny hats, having a joke to tell and bringing items to show and tell the team about. We encourage anyone who is feeling isolated, alone, or anxious, to reach out to friends, family or work mates and have a conversation. It
can make a big difference to your day.
