Emerging Leaders

Congratulations Christina for graduating the Emerging Leaders Program.

Christina Cotter graduated the Emerging Leaders Program on the 18th August 2016. The Emerging Leaders Program is an experiential learning program held over 12 months, designed to build leadership capacity in individuals who have an identified or proven leadership potential. The program covers a range of business and local topics in areas such as law, branding, human resources, current regional issues, economic development, finance, the media and personal development.

Christina had a very positive experience with the program, she says “I am very glad that I was able to complete the Committee for Wagga’s Emerging Leaders program this year, it was a great opportunity to step out of my comfort zone and build on my communication and networking skills. I enjoyed listening to the leadership stories from successful Wagga leaders such as Kay Hull, Bob Connolly and Paul Bittar, and I also learnt a lot from the CSU presenters.  It made me think about what it is to be a leader and to set goals for myself which I am already working towards.”
